This is a Delivery lead role responsible for managing cross country projects involving the use of, development and implementation of information systems and technology to meet identified business needs.
The ideal candidate needs to have a strong project management background, show proficiency managing a group of IT professionals and all ranges of business stakeholders.
The candidate needs to have a high degree of initiative to work independently and get things done in a complex matrix organization.

Key Qualifications
- Project Management: Ability to develop project plans and to manage project resources, risks and budget. The ability to deliver quality projects on time, on budget and in scope while following established methodologies and managing stakeholder expectations. Applies industry standard concepts to projects. Clearly communicates status, expectations and project scope and goals to business sponsors and various groups and organizations.
- Relationship Management and Service: Proactively probes to anticipate and understand client/business partner’s business needs, including both spoken and unspoken requirements. Leverages a deep understanding of the client/business partner and their business in developing proposals and solutions, drawing from a variety of sources (e.g., internal resources, prior experience, external research, best practices and peers). Leverages personal credibility and influence to assist clients/business partners in making key decisions, including defining the desired outcomes and action steps and skills/resources required to achieve the desired outcomes. Correctly sets and manages business partners’ expectations in terms of cost, time, scope and quality.
- Facilitation: Ability to coordinate and guide the exchange of information and ideas and foster a participatory and collaborative environment in order to meet desired outcomes.
- Project Financial Management: Adheres to and complies with IT Strategic Plan and Company processes and procedures related to project/program financial management and understand impact of SOX compliance on the financial management process. Builds accurate balance of year forecast for total project spend based on YTD actual activity and an understanding of financial obligations for the remaining periods. Builds business cases, capexes and ROIs to assist the business in understanding IT costs, benefits and metrics with guidance. Assists in the creation of the Information Technology Annual Operating Plan and accurately forecasts costs on a period basis.

- University education (BS /BA level) or higher required
- Strong project management background with minimum 5 years’ experience of managing business solutions projects
